What we collect
When you apply we collect your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, country and town, occupation, age group, your reason for joining and how you heard about us. When you pay we store the amount, currency, payment method, transaction reference and payment status. We also record the IP address and browser used to submit the form, purely to prevent abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To review your application, to confirm your payment, to send you programme information and onboarding details, and to add you to the intake's learning channels. We do not use your details for anything unrelated to the programme.
Card and mobile money details
We never see or store your card number, PIN or mobile money credentials. Payments are processed by Flutterwave on their own secure checkout; we only receive a confirmation and a transaction reference.
Who we share it with
Only the people who run the programme, and the service providers that make it work — our payment processor (Flutterwave) and our email provider. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Application and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for programme administration and accounting. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, except where we are required to keep a payment record.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to mastersmentorship@gmail.com.
